• HIPAA – Budco has all the safeguards in place to ensure appropriate use and disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI). We meet all requirements outlined under the guidelines of HIPAA and HITECH.

Both physical and logical security protocols meet or exceed industry-level standards. This includes ISO certification, PCI Level 3, HIPAA/HITECH, FDA and GMP compliance.
