Dave oversees business development for all aspects of Budco Health Service Solutions. Working primarily with Fortune 100 employers, as well as major public sector and organized labor groups, Dave has been instrumental in establishing Budco Health Service Solutions as the nation’s leading provider of dependent eligibility verification solutions.
Before joining Budco in 2004, Dave co-founded TC Consulting, one of the nation’s leading health care consulting agencies involved in assisting organized labor, national accounts and insurance carriers with implementing innovative benefits programs and “value added” solutions. Additionally, he spent more than 13 years as Vice President of Sales with Univera Healthcare (an Excellus company) – one of the largest insurers in Western New York.
Mr. Chojnacki has also served on the Board of Directors at Sheehan Memorial Hospital, assisted in establishing Independent Health’s Labor Advisory Panel and contributed health care related opinions/analysis in numerous media outlets, including Forbes, The Washington Post, CNN Money, The Buffalo News and Radio Health Journal.
Dave has served as the lead sales management executive for several of Budco's largest dependent audit clients, including State of NY, AT&T, Boeing, Goodyear, Northwest Airlines and Qwest.
As the senior leader of the Budco Contact Center, Beth oversees a staff of 200 representatives, all of whom are skilled in the delivery of customer service for both inbound and outbound programs. Media spans the communications spectrum – phone, fax, eMail and Web.
Beth was part of the core group that designed and launched the dedicated and highly specialized dependent eligibility verification team and has continued to play a key role for the past 10 years. Since joining Budco in 1988, Beth has served in a number of other roles, including manager of inbound call center operations, manager of client services and in a variety of project management roles.
With more than 20 years of experience in multi-industry project management and customer support services, Lisa joined the Budco team in 2001. Lisa now has years of Budco experience managing highly complex initiatives across multiple industry sectors, including health care, automotive, consumer packaged goods, travel and leisure and more.
Lisa is responsible for oversight of all internal aspects of the dependent eligibility verification process, including the Client Services Group responsible for the implementation and on-going management of all dependent eligibility verification projects.
Previous positions at Budco have included Director of Client Services National Accounts Group, Operations Manager – Automotive, Project Management – IT Platform Conversion. Lisa is also an Internal Quality Auditor and fully trained on ISO-9001:2008, GMP and GMA Food Safe standards and requirements.
